Our clinically based rehabilitation, exercise and movement sessions use our years of experience of clinical rehabilitation, sports conditioning and golf specific rehabilitation and movement to create a complete and integrated approach to rehabilitation from injury and pain due to golf.

 

Not only do we look to get golfers back on the course and pain free as quickly as possible, we also look to retrain their movement and condition the body to allow ongoing and consistently pain free golf.

 

Our exercise and movement training also means that all golfers injured or not, will be able to create a more consistent and repeatable golf swing. This leads to more predictable shots, a better swing and better scores.
